Should I tip Eurotrips trip leaders and drivers?

Except for your skipper on the yacht, tipping Eurotrips trip leaders and Coach Drivers is optional. But if you feel satisfied with their assistance and leadership, a tip would be a kind acknowledgement of their efforts.
